In the email, inform the order number and the parts you would like to exchange. You will receive instructions for exchange.

The deadline to request the exchange or return of the products is up to 07 calendar days after the date of receipt of the order. The returned parts must contain the labels intact, not washed or used, without odors, stains and without alterations made by the customer (ex: adjustments and etc.) and original packaging, including boxes and plastic packaging.
